Holte and Associates is currently managing a 16 unit apartment complex in Hemet, CA. The complex had never been completely rented until we hired them to manage the building. The building has small units that have a two person maximum so the building has been historically hard to keep full, yet they are able to fill vacancies seemingly as soon as they come up. Vacancies mean I am not getting as much money as I could, so the fact that they get the vacancies filled quickly is very important. I highly recommend this company.
