Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Because we are still working individually with a client and their personal programs, we just do it with several people in the room at the same time. It really is the most affordable way to work with a personal trainer. (its sort of like keeping spinning plates in the air) but we find it extremely effective. Additionally all our members get a mandatory body therapy session once a month, that allows us to workout trigger points that might be interfering with their mobility and impeding their progress. So rather then leaving the client to do it on their own (I spent years referring, begging, pushing and pleading with clients... go see your massage therapist, go see your chiro etc and they never would) we do it in house.

Natalie has completely changed my life...TWICE! After my first pregnancy, she completely transformed my body with her crazy workouts (meaning: hard but awesome!) while convincing me and training me to run a half marathon...something I had never even dreamed of doing! She then even trained me to do my first sprint triathlon...and I didn't even know how to swim and hadn't ridden a bike since I was a kid! I was using muscles that I didn't even know I had...and it's not like I was a stranger to working out. I had worked out fairly consistently my whole life, but I never achieved the results on my own or with workout videos that I got working with Natalie. She even would have me come over to her house when I had injuries to work on them for me! Now that I live across the country and have had my 2nd child, I was really struggling with getting back in shape. How excited was I when Natalie messaged me about a new online training program she was doing...something I could be a part of even 3000 miles away! Now I work with her twice a week online and of course, my weight loss has been jump started again. I am no longer fatigued like I was when I first started exercising. I feel stronger already and see progress with what I am able to accomplish each week. I cannot stress enough how hard I thought I was working on my own does not even compare to how hard I work with Natalie. It definitely is the jump start anybody needs! Natalie is THE BEST!!

I have been a member for 6 months. Natalie is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients and reaching their personal goals. I get a great work out in a fun environment! I have recommended Natalie to several friends!

    Make sure that your personal trainers have more than just a certification. Ideally, they should have a related degree in the field, ask them what types of testing they do, and how they measure your milestones and successes.
