Raul did an awesome job cleaning my windows. It had been over a decade since my windows were cleaned, and he restored them to a sparkling clean state, along with cleaning the screens and tracks - and he was so fast and professional. I liked their work (Raul and Raul Jr), They did a good job and worked very quickly. After they left, late in the day, however, I found that the right panel of my living room, window would not close and the screen didn't fit right, I still cannot close it. I texted them yesterday and informed them of this and of this and also of a tool that they had left and asked if they would command check it out. I never heard back from them.
