Chris and WeatherMaster are great. I am a solar contractor, SunPro Solar Inc., and often use his expertise and craftsmanship to ensure the highest quality on many of my more complex projects. I highly recommend them. They may not be the least expensive but I sleep well at night, especially the rainy ones, knowing he installed the roofing systems.

Chris Wilder worked with my solar panel installer to integrate a roof update with a solar project. His teamwork and service were excellent. Specifics: Tile was removed, leak repairs made quickly and efficiently, asphalt shingles were perfect and after installation of the solar panels, Chris filled in around the panels with the tile that was saved. It was a beautiful and timely job. I have no hesitation in my recommendation of his service, quality and price.

A. The most common question I am asked, is " Does my old roof need to be removed, or can you go right over it?"
In general, the rule of thumb is, you can go up to 2 layers of roofing, on the building before it MUST be removed.
Adding additional layers of roofing material, puts alot of stress and weight on the structure. The uniform building code has deemed that 2 layers are the maximum suggested. But this does not apply to all types of roofing systems. Call your local building dept., for clarification and recommendations.
A. Pricing is based off numerous factors, here are a few:
-Square footage
- degree of difficulty (Low slope &steep slope)
- materials
- distance of travel
Consumer`s should also be aware, that most roofing materials are petroleum based, which can greatly shift the costs of materials
