We offer a wide range of illustrations and photo retouch for advertising and entertainment. From product renderings to facility layout maps or cover illustrations to cartoons, presentation boards and children's market illustrations, we create the images that get your product or service to market, or help sell your idea.
Our design offerings go from concept to final mechanical layout, and include package design, point of purchase, ad layouts, logo design, and print and online versions of brochures and advertisement.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. JR Illustration images are more lively and entertaining than the competition, and more likely to draw attention. Our renderings inform and entertain, with a style to match the needs of our clients, whether those needs are for fun and loose, or slick and beautifully photographic. Our designs are created from the ground up, just like our illustrations, with years of training and experience behind each project.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The best part of my job as an illustrator and designer, is looking back to high school, when I would get in trouble for drawing in english class, and realizing that now I make my living doing the very same thing I was getting into trouble over. I never get tired of feeling great about that.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. People often ask how to get into this profession, and would it be good for their children or friends, who are good at drawing.
My answer is that being a professional illustrator and designer is a job that requires specialized skills beyond simply knowing how to draw. It requires years of training, ongoing study and practice. In life, to work as an artist is not an "easy A" as it may have been in school. Be prepared to work hard, and to learn business skills as well. If you want to be an artist, plan on working hard to become one of the best.
