Phone number answers then hangs up, no way to leave a message. No gardener has been here for over three weeks. We have two properties, no idea if he is still in business.....as the grass and weeds continue to grow.

Did a OK job for 5 weeks. At the end of the month we expected to pay for his services but we did not receive an invoice. We could have paid without an invoice but we never received an address to send the payment. We received a text reminding us to pay (still no address to send payment to). We figured we would pay him when he came to cut the lawn. Well he never showed, then he stopped communicating. After several days and two text messages he finally sent a text with his address so we could send payment. No explanation, nothing...just an address. Nice enough guy but could be better organized. Let your customer know when you expect payment and where to send so you get paid on-time. Not communicating is not a good way to get or keep customers.

Didn't show up at the time of his own appointment even though we planned our Sunday around it. Blamed all onto miscommunication despite the fact that he emailed the time himself. When asked to keep the appointment rudely hung up.

The crew showed up early as I was told by the client to be there no later then 1:30.. Waited 15 minutes and left at about 1:25. My supervisor hung up because he was being yelled at. I do apologize for the confusion but I don't allow my employees to be talked down too. We will continue to offer excellent customer service too our loyal customers and new customers alike and strive to understand our customers and have our customers understand us so this won't happen again.

I was very pleased with Rob's professionalism via email and phone while hiring him and then even more so after his work of mowing the front/back lawns, trimming/pruning plants and doing the edging. He spent extra time this first visit. The quality of work was really good. The only area for possible improvement would be the clean-up, but he was working by himself for the day and had already put in over an hour and a half. All in all, very satisfied.
