Introduction: We are a family own business that does not have as many expenses like many other competitors. This means we do not have to charge our customers to cover those extra expenses. Given that we are all family, we spend that extra time to keep our clientele happy and a long term customer. I enjoy meeting new people. Social interaction is the foundation for networking. Nick and his crew were Amazing! We had them remove a Chinese Elm and trim back the entire yard. This was a massive job as the yard had not been tended to in 25 years. His crew of four guys completed the work in three days and their bid was lower than two other companies I called. Not only did they complete the work on time, the trees look so good. The knowledge of cutting trees that these guys have is un-paralleled. They knew all the species of trees and cut them differently to make them look the best. The whole yard looks amazing and rejuvenated. Outstanding customer service. Nick and Salvador were professional and courteous and other than a little misunderstanding regarding a start date, everything went great! I would 100% recommend theses guys for any tree work. I will be having them back in the near future because I was so impressed.

Nick scheduled me to receive an accurate estimate within few hours after I contacted him. A few days passed us by, while I got a 8 other prices and Sal's Gardening Service was $375 cheaper than other buisnesses. Mean while Nick followed up to show interest in the project. He responded very quickly every time I texted him. Finally I decided to use their service. I was impressed that they showed up promptly. I was condifent of them because they had great reviews and passed thier background check so I felt confortable having them work at my home. They removed trees, trimmed down a very tall tree, stump grinding, and they followed with a very good clean up. They were a very gracious crew and willing to take out more than I had originally planned. I would highly recommend them.

Nick and his team were great! We had a HUGE Pine tree that needed to be trimmed and they gave us a great price. The team showed up on time and were friendly and professional. They even left us the mulch from the branches so we could use it for our yard. They also recycled a lot of the green waste by cutting logs for fire wood, stumps were donated for art, and waste disposed properly. The only concern I had was their availability. It seemed they were busy given they had lots of work already scheduled before I contacted them. I did not mind waiting given their price was great. I was also happy they respected my appointment time and other customers too because in the past with another company, they tried to multi-task and ignored details given they were in a hurry to complete the job. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the yard afterwards. Good Work ï

I needed my two huge mulberry trees trimmed & a stump removed so I called these guys after reading the yelp reviews. I was very pleased with the phone interactions, I called to set up an appointment and had an appointment scheduled in a few days. Salvador and Nicolas came out to give my estimate for free was very nice and gave me written estimate right away. After I saw the estimate which was very reasonable, $140 less than other estimates, I decided to book a date for the service right away. They could not schedule for a week and a half but I did not mind waiting. They seem affordable and popular 2 people stopped by for their business card. My neighbor also hired them for work. Nick and 4 others came out in the time window promised. We went over the work I wanted done & they got right to it. Excellent work ethics. I found communication to be quick and easy given I text and email often given I do not have access to phone conversations. I would recommend them to everyone.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yard waste disposal in times could be expensive. We can help cut that cost by having jobs being completed within the same day so the waste of both or more job sites. We like to make everything more affordable for everyone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We currently hold a Bachelor's degree Cultural Anthropology and Psychology and currently in process in MA Business Management. Currently aware of drought plant landscapes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are experts in Tree Trimming/Removal, Stump Grinding, New lawns, Sprinklers repairs, and Landscaping. However, you guys are the Boss and make the decisions based on our suggestions. We satisfy our customers, whom contact us for future projects and recommend our services to friends. Given our field we have worked with various clientele. We have managed to communicate even with various Language Barriers. We are patient and willing to take the extra time to understand and get things do correctly to satisfy our customers.
