Working with friendly island construction was very easy from start to finish - Matt came out to provide us a quote and within a week we had fresh concrete poured. My husband gave them a list of things he wanted and they did it exactly to his specifications. The end product looks really nice and we can’t wait for it to fully cure so we can have a nice outdoor living space. We will use them again in the future! The only thing I would say is to make sure you schedule when it hasn’t just rained. We had a constant drip coming off of our roof from rain the day before so the team put a cardboard box to catch the drips, but now I have a square gouge on my brand new concrete where the box was sitting. Not the worst, but kinda sucks after just paying for a new patio.

I had a dry rotted wooden fence that needed to be replaced. I wanted a 50 Foot concrete wall to be built and also have a 50 x 20ft. concrete slab layed down behind my garage. After getting 3 estimates Friendly Island Construction was the most reasonable estimate. I met with Tom (contractor) on a Monday. By Friday both the concrete wall and slab was completed . I was very impressed with Tom. E was very cordial and informative. He answered all my questions and took care of ant concerns I might have had. The demolition and cleanup was efficient and the quality of work was excellent. I would definitely recommend Friendly Island Construction for any concrete/paver type work. Carl Buggs

These guys were awesome! Communication was excellent throughout, pricing was great and they were very accommodating to our needs! They arrived on time and worked into evening; completed entire job in one day. They built a cinder-block wall for us which required concrete pad and rebar reinforcement. The workmanship was outstanding; definitely will hire again!

I had been really struggling to find a professional, affordable cement contractor to finish my driveway project. After dealing with scammers, literally having a contractor coming in and doing it wrong and then having to tear it out, Friendly came in and completed the job in one day. He was kind and compassionate of my situation and was even able to complete the job within budget even though I misjudged the size of the project. I truly and grateful and would highly recommend.
