We customize our work to match exactly what the customer wants. Customer service is one of our highest standards and we do everything possible to reach the highest level of customer satisfaction.
All orders are equally important to us, no matter the size. We take the time to really understand what the customer wants in their order.
Another important standard we are proud to uphold is our standard of meeting deadlines. We meet all of our deadlines with only an extreme emergency as an exception (i.e. the customer's order needs an extra day or two to be perfected).

Shaina, the painting you did of Carla is just awesome. I want to describe it, but cannot find the proper words to express what a joy you brought into our life. I can see the love in het eyes, the detemination on her face, etc. Thank you so much for an excellent piece of art.
