Bourdeau Property Management was an excellent choice for me. This company managed my property for over one year before I put it up for sale. They dealt effectively with many repairs that were needed while the renters were there. They did what they said they would do. They collected rents on time and deposited the rent money into my personal account. They were easy to work with and are completely honest.

Top notch property management. Very happy with the whole operation. Their experience and confidence in this industry takes a lot of your worries away.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Our most common properties are Single Family Homes. We also manage Condo's, Town Homes and Duplexes.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

As a skilled Handyman, many times I can quickly take care of minor problems, saving the Owner the cost of a Commercial Service.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If you are managing your own property you may be renting for less than "market rates". Also, Owners that rent their own property too often "give away" services that the Tenant should be paying for.
