Everybody wants a cleaner who cares. That is why, we make it a point to get to know you, your family and your home. We really go that extra mile to make you smile! We give you the professional cleaning you deserve, and the friendliness you desire, while giving you the peace of mind you can't get from a large cleaning service.

Our rates are reasonable, our attitudes are positive, and our work ethic is second to none. Once we leave your home, you will wonder how you ever lived without us.

Below, we have listed a general outline of the services we offer; however, we believe that your home isn't happy until you are, so you can always make a special request.

The HappyClean routine is as follows:

Kitchen:

* Clean, sanitize, and polish your countertops, backsplash, and cabinets (ask about our HappyClean steam machine)
* Sweep and SaniSteam mop your floors (a clean floor equals a happy you)
* Wipe down all appliances (we use our HappyClean polish)
* Dishes washed and dried or put in dishwasher (now that's HappyClean!)
* Inside and outside deep cleaning for your microwave
* Trash taken out and receptacle disinfected
* Clean the top of your stove (under burners and inside for an additional fee)
* Basic cleaning of baseboards (upon request)

Bathrooms:

* Squeegee and clean mirrors (uou won't believe how happy your reflection looks)
* Clean and sanitize toilets, plus we give a good hearty scrub to remove stains (ask about our Find-A-Ring challenge)
* Clean, polish and sanitize bathroom fixtures and sinks
* Clean, sanitize and scrub bathtubs and showers to help remove buildup
* Sweep and SaniSteam mop your floors (for a HappyClean shine)
* Clean and sanitize counters and backsplashes
* Trash taken out and receptacle disinfected
* Basic cleaning of baseboards (upon request)

Bedrooms:

* Make bed with fresh linens for a HappyClean sleep (upon request)
* Dusted (not just around, but we actually move stuff)
* Ceiling fans are dusted, if reachable
* Clean, sanitize and polish doorknobs, light switches and banisters
* Trash taken out and receptacle disinfected
* Vacuum, sweep and SaniSteam mop (where applicable)
* Basic cleaning of baseboards (upon request)
* Freshen your air with a clean lasting scent (don't worry, we have several scents available to make you and your home happy)

Living Areas:

* Dusted
* Ceiling fans dusted, if reachable
* Clean, sanitize and polish doorknobs, light switches and banisters
* Trash taken out and receptacle disinfected
* Vacuum, sweep and SaniSteam mop (where applicable)
* Basic cleaning of baseboards (upon request)
* Freshen your air with a clean lasting scent (don't worry; we have several scents available to make you and your home happy)

If you're not impressed enough with the above, check out our additional specialties!

* Deluxe Sani-Steam Treatment: We use a portable, versatile and compact steam machine. This precisely calibrated instrument produces the right amount of steam at the right temperature to deep clean and sanitize every nook and cranny of your home.

We highly recommend this treatment for your first-time deep clean, and then monthly thereafter. This service is an additional $20.00.

* HappyClean Blinds: Our blind cleaning is a separate service done on a separate day, to ensure ultimate happiness. This involves not just a basic dusting, but the removal and thorough cleaning of each and every vane or slat.

This service has been very popular with those clients suffering from asthma, allergies and sinus problems or for those with small children and/or pets. Prices vary depending on blind specifications and type.

Ask for an estimate. Discounts are offered for our weekly and bi-weekly clients (even the new ones).

* Happy Pet/Home Sitting: Being pet owners ourselves, we understand the stress that you feel when you have to leave your pet(s) and your home. That is why, we offer our HappyClean clients deeply discounted pet/home sitting services. This way, you know that your pet(s) are safe and happy, and that your home will be sparkling clean upon your return.
