Steve is fantastic! He shows up, he’s always punctual, he communicates…all the things you’d expect from a professional. But then there is his skill as a trainer. He is flexible and made things work even with my ridiculous schedule. His workouts are custom, and he pays attention. He is fully present and engaged, and encouraging! I look forward to our workouts, and this is exactly why I got a trainer-for the accountability, for the external encouragement. And it’s working. My husband has been an elite athlete for over 40 years He suffered a stroke 18 months ago leaving him with some disabilities . Steve has been amazing.
