I've known Holly Bruce for almost three years now, and I can say that she always delivers. I was on vacation when the police department called me about a problem on my property. The neighbors called the police because of a beeping sound like a fire alarm. The police and fire department needed somebody to let them in to investigate. The property was vacant at the time and Holly Bruce was assigned to us by the property manager. I called Holly and give her all the details. It was already late around 6:00 PM and told me not to worry and she's going to take care of it. To make the story short, Holly went to our property right away to allow the police and fire department to inspect the property. It turns out that the sound was coming from the ceiling. The fire department determined that there was no immediate danger and could wait until the next day. Holly arranged to check it in the morning and told the neighbors that everything is okay and she'll return to fixed everything. Holly Bruce delivered on everything and save my vacation! I highly recommend Holly and her company to everyone that needs their services.

I was lucky to have Holly work with me to find the perfect tenant for my rental property. I am a new landlord and she kept me grounded in reality as to what I could expect. I didn't always agree with her, but she stuck to her guns and she was right. Following her advice and guidance I found a wonderful tenant who is still in the property and who has been extremely easy to manage. Thank you Holly, for putting up with all my questions, concerns, and comments. You were very professional and at the same time got the job done quickly, smoothly, and with a fantastic end result.

Having an investment (and the sometimes intimidating idea of having a tenant) isn't simple ... to say the least! Getting comfortable with, let alone getting a confident handle on needs, contingency plans, procedures, and all the what-if's that come with landlordship is essential to a successful relationship with a property manager.
