Introduction: I'm very personal with my clients. I look for their individual goals and try to find their limiting factors of why they aren't meeting their goals. Also I'm a personal trainer & nutritionist. I have a degree in both, I didn't pay $200 to become one overnight. I thoroughly studied what my passion is to give my clients the best services possible. I love my clients. I love seeing them get to where they want to go. Health is my passion and I love helping people understand their body.

I started working with Sara two years ago. My incentive to get into shape after twenty-four years behind a desk? A trip to Europe, where I would be required to do a lot of walking and stairs -- lots and lots of stairs. When I started working with Sara I could barely make it an eighth of a mile on the treadmill and I had to stop numerous times when on the bike. By the time I got on the plane, I was walking almost two miles on the treadmill without stopping and 8 miles in 33 minutes on the bike. For me this was quite a transformation. Walking in Europe was a piece of cake, without Sara this would have been a different story. Sara is knowledgeable and fun to work with. One of the impediments for me with exercise is boredom. She doesn’t let that happen, she changes up the routines, on the weight and strength training, and explains what the exercise is doing for you. For me to last this long and enjoy exercising is a tribute to Sara.

I have trained with Sara since 2010. I can only say she is a dynamo of a trainer to workout and learn from. She has gotten my body better toned and stronger over these past 3 yrs. She has the credentials and is very knowledgeable in all that she teaches. She is very sensitive to your body (I have had 2 knee surgeries) and will watch out for any unnecessary stress on your body. She however, is tough and knows just how far you can perform. I so like that about her. I am (66) and am currently training/toning with Sara once more. She is very well liked among her clients, compatible and she makes exercising a fun well worth experience. I wouldn't change a thing about Sara.

Amazing trainer. She worked me hard, but kept it entertaining. She taught me the basics of what I needed to do, them pushed me to try different things. Worked with my schedule because I'm so busy.. Also she came to my house a couple times when I couldn't find a babysitter! Amazing! Life long trainer & friend here!!

I have only worked out with a trainer once before in my life and it was lackluster compared to working out with Sara. She has helped me grow physically stronger with the added benefit of increasing my self-confidence. Training has become a must in my life during the past two years that I have been seeing Sara. I feel that she caters each session to me specifically and she pushes me to do things I never thought possible. Moreover, Sara believes in her clients no matter what level we are at: super-fit [not me], intermediate fitness [me now], beginner or individuals with physical challenges. I highly recommend Sara as a trainer.

She is a great fitness trainer. For someone who hadn't exercised in 20 years, she has worked diligently with me to help me loose weight, gained muscle and my doctor said I am in the best health ever. I recommend her services to everyone.
