A. Virus Removal, Hard Drive Replacement and other basic troubleshooting..

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you know that you want and be willing to listen to the tech and do buy things or make changes that you don't really need..

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. They should know what kind of machine they have, what the last think they were doing and be able to tell us how long it took for them to discover the problem, and is it effecting them from doing any work.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our Customer Service is much better than most companies, because we understand that the customer is the most important piece of the puzzle.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I like the fact that people call me when stuff doesn't work, and I am 99% of the able to quickly fix their problem and get them up and running quickly. Also the fact that you are able to see the work that you have done at the end of the task...

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Why does windows release so many copies of their operating system? I tell them because with every year comes new things and also over the years they learn easier ways of accomplishing the overall goal which is to make the computer user friendly and fit into to poeples lives in order to make there life better. By making things easier...

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. Yes, we did some conversations for chase bank, one of the most rewarding projects that I have completed in a long time. It was my favorite because I was very challanging and if I had messed up it would have cost the company millions of dollars this was very very rewarding since I was one of the first teams to finish, and everything be right.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That not all techs are out to get over on you.. Most of us are here to make sure that your technology works for you..

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Because I have been working with computer since I was nine years old, I am now 33 years old and I have a simple love for the computer and technology in general..

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. The chase bank conversation since it was the most challanging, had the most parts to have to make sure that we covered

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I am always trying to better my education, there is always something new coming onto the market.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Cloud services, and businesses moving to offsite servers, and virtual machines that help reduce cost and other big savings.. Also upgrade in software that make the client and technicians life easier overall.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Most recently I was contacted to go out and complete some new laptop builds, I charged them 75.00 per laptop, this was a discount because the company workes with the hearing impaired. And other people with disablilities
