LBTechGuy is a personal computer and technology concierge service company. We provide not just computer diagnostics and repairs but also technical assistance with the many gadgets that are important to our lives, but most people don’t have time to figure out or personalize.
I provide residential computer and networking support. I offer in-home support for Long Beach residences and remote support for ongoing established customers.
In-home support is $45 for the first hour and $30 for each additional hour. This rate is regardless of the actual issue as the perceived problem may not be the root issue.
For established customers, I offer remote support for $30 for the first hour and $25 for each additional hour. This may not be a useful option for some issues as remote support has some limitations and requires the customer to participate to some extent. If in-home support is required after initial remote support has been exhausted, the rate is $30 per hour.
For business computer and networking support, I offer on-site support for Long Beach businesses and remote support for ongoing established clients.
On-site support is $60 for the first hour and $45 for each additional hour. This rate is regardless of the actual issue as the perceived problem may not be the root issue. Some businesses may only need a consultation and / or a referral which may be free in some instances but will be no more than $20 (depending on the situation and length of time).
For established customers, I offer remote support for $45 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour. This may not be a useful option for some issues as remote support has some limitations and requires the client to participate to some extent.
It may also require a pre-existing agreement and some changes made to your businesses computers and network prior to remote accessibility. If on-site support is required after initial remote support has been exhausted, the rate is $45 per hour.
If any hardware or software purchases are required, as the customer, you have the option of purchasing the items yourself with my recommendations. If you would prefer that I purchase the items, you will have to pay for all costs plus a 10% convenience charge.
