Doula services include educational, emotional and physical support, as well as comfort techniques, birth plan preparation and more.
Hypnobabies childbirth education includes 6 weeks of complete childbirth education and eyes-open childbirth hypnosis. This is the most successful technique for unmedicated normal birth that I've seen as a doula.
Lactation education includes basic breastfeeding support and techniques.
Midwifery student skills enable me to have a well-rounded background in home, birth center and hospital birth.
