Introduction: GennieBee Catering is more than your regular catering service. We have a team of highly trained servers, bartenders, cooks and one amazing chef. We will work with you to customize a menu that fits the needs of your event. We focus on providing a quality product and making every dining experience memorable! From Chef Denise-I am a Chef from Kansas who grow up in Alabama and Arkansas. I graduated from Cerritos College with two Culinary arts degrees and a degree in Small Business Management. I am the Chapter President for the National Black Chefs Association in Southern California. I have worked with several celebrity Chef’s including Michelle Berstein, Stephanie Izard, Ludo Lefebvre and Suzanne Goin. Chef Denise offers a variety of superb services and mouth-watering menus. My many years of experience in business have help me develop a unique business catered, literally, to every clients, taste or need. So whether you’re planning a special dinner for two, a wedding party for 300, or simply need a break from the kitchen- Chef Denise is the Catering + Chef you need!!! Most of all I prepare every dish with a secret ingredient called love!

Chef Denise came through with some very delicious food for our Celebration of Life. The tri tip and grilled herb chicken were very tasty. I would highly recommend her to cater your event.

Denise is simply an Angel. I can talk about her generosity and kindness for hours. I found her on Thumbtack looking for a caterer for my wedding. I had never used thumbtack but was looking for a caterer. We connected she met me to do a tasting of her food and it was simply divine. Our tastebuds were jumping. She came on Time with a full staff to our venue. The appetizers were a huge hit. My guests were waiting for her by the door to bring them out and she couldn’t even sit them on the table. They tasted them and were in love. I gave her my budget and vision for a simple menu and she delivered above and beyond. We only got a couple bites of our food and our plates were tossed. I was so sad I didn’t get to finish my food. She was so kind, she drove from afar to meet me near my house and brought us another plate of her delicious food and appetizers and gave me this beautiful shirt she made. She brought southern hospitality to Los Angeles. She’s professional, punctual and the food is seasoned to perfection. Thank you Ms. Denise…Thank You
