  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I work with students ranging from law enforcement, stay at home moms, doctors, kids, and everyone in between. My goal is to give them a specific program that will increase strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, as well as teaching them how to defend themselves on the street. Each workout challenges the individual to be better than they were yesterday.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Anyone, no matter your fitness level, should work practical muscles. I give them a way to do that with other benefits as well. If you are tired of them gym, there is good reason, people need to focus on technique and have variety to shock the body every time. Try one class, there is a difference.
