A. Quality and experience is very important, so you want to Google the company's name to check what other people are saying about them. Sure I could write something like "We are best and longest running company in the area". Unforturnately, just because your company has been establish for a long time, doesn't mean that you are good at what you do. Services like Yelp, City Search, and others provides clients with information that is not one sided.
A. Before I purchase my house I wished I knew how to ask my agent the right questions. Like, how can I know (on my own) that I am getting the best deal possible? Thankfully, the internet and social media has changed the real estate and property management industries forever. Consumers are more savvy and agents that are in the industry have to make a commitment to continue learning more and more each day.
A. Why should I hire you over the next person ? And do you have any experience in whatever is driving the market (ie. short sales, foreclosures, bank owned). For property management owners the first question I would ask is "are you a licensed broker'. I know most people don't know that California requires a licensed broker to manage real estate property. So if something goes wrong in court you are fully covered.
A. Buyers should first talk to a loan professional (I can recommend one) so that before they see the home of their dreams, they are comfortable with the monthly expenses. Second, do you have experience with submitting bank owned and short sale offers. And what is your sucess rate with getting them accepted ?
