Renting out my property has been a dream come true! Kim has made it a smoorth process and occasionally, I forget that I even have a rental...that's how good she is! Kim works hard to find the right renters and make sure that every month, I am receiving my rent check!

I have been a real estate Broker for over 25 years and owner of Keller Williams Coastal Properties in Long Beach for over 10 years. Kim personally handles all of my real estate investment properties and does an excellent job! I have had some very bad experiences before working with Kim and wished I had worked with her long before I did. I would recommend Kim Mosley anytime.     As members of the California Association of Realtors and the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities, we certainly stay up to date with the current news within the rental market.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Know what every fee is for and what services are offered for those fees. If you are not familiar with the company, ask for references!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    My ethical background. I was previously in the legal field where I worked for a law firm where client confidentiality is a must. I do not share tenant info with other tenants, or owner info with other owners. I currently serve on the Ethics Committee at the Board of Realtors and value my ethics, integrity, and relationships with people.
