As members of the California Association of Realtors and the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities, we certainly stay up to date with the current news within the rental market.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Know what every fee is for and what services are offered for those fees. If you are not familiar with the company, ask for references!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My ethical background. I was previously in the legal field where I worked for a law firm where client confidentiality is a must. I do not share tenant info with other tenants, or owner info with other owners. I currently serve on the Ethics Committee at the Board of Realtors and value my ethics, integrity, and relationships with people.
