- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You may purchase individual sessions for yourself or as a group. I also run a Fitness Camp on the weekend for a 1/4 of the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an initial consultation to review the client's goals. A fitness assessment will be done and a questionnaire will be completed and liability waiver signed. Prices will be discussed as well as scheduling times and a promise of commitment to the program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all required to do CEU's for all of our certifications. We take courses and quizzes and attend several conference every year to further our knowledge of the changing industry.
