Private lessons are the perfect way to receive personal instruction you need to get the most out of your yoga practice. Lessons will be specifically designed to meet your needs and taught at a pace appropriate to your experience and level. Private and small group lessons are perfect for someone that is new to the practice, for him/her to learn proper alignment in poses and basic breathing techniques, and for more advanced practitioners who seek to deepen their practice. Through yoga, we can reconnect with ourselves, let go all the thousand thoughts that we have in our minds and just be present with our breath. I encourage the students to accept their selves as they are, without judgment. After all, we can only embrace an asana (a pose) by feeling it, not by judging how perfect we look in it. My hope is that the students leave the class a little more connected to others and, probably more important, more connected to their selves.
