Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I come from a Win-Win attitude. Win for my client, Win for the other realtor, Win for their clients and Win for me.
It is important that my clients feel good about the process we are in. They are buying/selling their home, not mine so they need to know everystep of the way; what's going on. I help my clients make the right decision by showing them the options available.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Bringing the pieces of the puzzle together.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Buyers ask initially ask me what is involved in buying a home. I tell them that we will meet and go over the whole process and that they can ask me questions until they see blue, I will continue to bring clarity to the situation.
Sellers ask me what to price their home for. My answer is that their home has to be the best home for the best price on the market. If it's not the best home, Pricing it competitive becomes paramount.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. When I work for you as the Selling Agent, meaning I represent you as the buyer of a home, you don't pay my commission. NICE eh!
