Introduction: The company where I work is a shop with selling a variety of products to customers. I am in charge of salesman and accounting service. I usually do the job for sales and record the transactions to Quick-book accounting. It is a great help to let me know the transactions and balances of accounts. You can check the results immediately to use check register to know the balances from each accounts. According to transactions, I can use these information to report the different types of financial statements for management and external users. It would be helpful to make better decisions after you know the data from Balance sheet, Income Statement(or monthly), Statement of Cash Flow. That's summary tp discuss the daily business activities.
