- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We RARELY perform hourly for clients as we are a monthly business accounting service, which means we can use a flat-fee each month. For onboarding or one-off needs, we use the following: $70/hr Staff Accountant $90/hr Senior Accountant $120/hr Controller
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Have a phone conversation or meetup to see if we have the ability to help, and we can explain some of that process if so. 2) We send a proposal 3) When client is ready to start, they can let us know!
