It's too soon to share my computer experience in any detail. I'm not computer savvy and Michael is soooo patient with me. I also had to improve a lousy computer which was the worst ever. And he has indeed made it so much easier for me to continue my writing without tearing my hair out. I read a lot and should be doing so on this machine not buried in possibly 4000 books I now collect.. Thanks Michael for putting up with an academic so to speak.

I've had many a problems with the family computer, ranging from not realizing that it was unplugged to the most recent job around early November which involved fixing up the wireless internet service when Time Warner was too busy to handle my request. Michael is the guy I depend on when it comes to this kind of stuff. In the most recent case, he not only had everything set up properly, but he then showed me step by step how to do it myself and what to do in case it goes down. There's a reason why he calls his small business Tech TUTOR and not something like Tech Repairman. Can't recommend him enough. Each time he stops by, I learn something new.

Once i receive a call from a customer we work out when they would like an appointment. Once we have set a time, I travel to the client and solve the problem
