Introduction: My appraising abilities stand out from others simply by informing the client what's an appraisal valuation while lightly brushing upon the inspection process. Also, a huge winner is having the appraisal to the client in a timely manner.
The one thing I enjoy most about my job is having the opportunity to appraise & meet newlyweds/homeowners who are curious about the appraisal process, asking viable questions, such as updating/remodeling & immediately take delight in their new home. Also, I enjoy appraising a high dollar home or a unique historical location is fun because usually the home has been updated throughout with their personal touches.

Just had an appraisal done by Blue a month ago and the level of services provided was good. She was able to set appointment within 24 hours of getting order and also communicated with me throughout the process of the appraisal.
