I am so innocent of two felonies and one misdemeanor. The reason is that I was staying in hotels and separating from my marriage and I got dragged in to crack addiction. Therefor, I was staying in cheap hotels and when I got arrested I have crack worth $30. And baking soda I use ffor cleaning my mouth because I m a smokers. And, Miri pursued me to take a deal. Big mistake. He was always late and he focused more going to immigration courts. Well, I believe that because of baking soda is use to melt crack Miri leaded me to preliminary hearing and scared. Fyi, I got arrested during random sting operation which mens entrapment occurred, like cops practice reports out of context. So different then what really had happened. Also, I nnever had any criminal charges plus I had a job for 23yrs in an office. I lost all my car, m family my job, my impecay credibility, reputation, my friends that found out my situation hold doubts. took a deal 3yrs probation and a bunch more. Do not get him. How can he sleep at night. I prepared him documents to help myself and he told me that he just will do his own job and to let him alone. How can you sleep at night when I was just an addict I had should just get possession of my own use. I am not that kind of person. Now, I cannot even get a decent place to live since most places ask for a background check. Not even a decent job. Now, I am trying to reduce charges with the new california law prop 47 which only two qualified. One count does not qualifies. How can you sleep Mr. Miri, if I was a victim of yours I am sure that there are few more in my situation. My judgement is that is good for very obvious cases but not good at all for complex with special circumstances. Stay with a lawyer that the city offers.
