Never did I think I would get pulled over for a DUI, I had two small drinks with some friends and a sip of beer. I was pulled over for speeding, or maybe the officer was trying to flirt with me, needless to say I had to blow into the breathalyzer multiple times and it came back with a .08 reading. The police officer was sympathetic but not enough to let me drive away without arresting me. Thanks to attorney Rodriguez for getting the DUI dropped to a speeding ticket. I'm thankful for still having a clean record and just having to pay for a ticket. Thanks to Emmanuel too who was the first person I met on my case and explained to me and my family the process, my mom was always asking me questions and Emmanuel would gladly get on the phone with her to explain the process. I recommend you use their law services if you find yourself in trouble with a criminal accusation such as a DUI. I have referred a few friends to them and all say good things to me.

I retained the legal services of Justin Rodriguez and Emmanuel to help me with two of my cases last year. One case was a misdemeanor-public intoxication charge, they resolved this case for me by dismissing the charge and not having me pay any court fines. My second case was a lot more complex, it involved detectives trying to create a sexual assault case against me out of baseless information. For months the detectives swore they had a case against me, Emmanuel and his office would talk to the detective and would advise me afterwards about the situation. It became clear months later that the detective would try rogue tactics to try and go around my hired attorneys. I was advised by Emmanuel to move out of my apartment where I lived because it seemed to Emmanuel that the landlord was calling the police on me for strange reasons. Slightly surprised to see the police at my door one morning for hours claiming they would break into my apartment based on a false warrant and false charges. I would talk/text to Emmanuel about the situation as the police wanted to break into my place. The landlord opened the door with his key to my apartment and I was arrested and released with no charges the next day. I did as Emmanuel said to do and not tell the police or detective any information about anything. The detective had no case against me and the police needed to break the law on false charges to come and try to get me to talk to them. All this drama from the police and detective is now in the past and I'm glad I had Emmanuel there to advise me as things got crazy and a bit out of control with the police at my door. I would highly recommend the legal service of their law firm if you are in need of a great attorney to get you out of a complex legal situation.

I’m glad I made the right decision to let Emmanuel and Justin represent me for the D.U.I I had received . Emmanuel was such a great choice and a very low price so I was skeptical until he sat down with me in my home and presented me his Credentials and helped me better understand my options. For starters I’ve never had a D.U.I so he was patient with me and answered all the questions I had , so I didn’t know I had to contact the DMV before the first 10 days after my release to try and keep my license until court date . All the attorneys I contacted said they won’t do anything about the dmv and try and get my license because they said it’s impossible since it’s been 2 months of my arrest . When I contacted The Law Office of Justin Rodriguez he Immediately contacted the DMV to keep my license and even went to the extent to speak to the supervisor to keep my license active and he did for over 10 months . He also offered to take it to trial if needed , but it didn’t need to because I was given a wet and reckless and given 3 month dui program and pay 365 dollars . My license was fully restored and it’s all thanks to Emmanuel and Justin for going in there and pleading my case . Highly recommend. 5 stars .

Thank you to attorney Rodriguez and Emmanuel. I was in distress over doing prison time on two grand theft charges (the other charge came 2 months later) and a charge for possession of an illegal substance. Their legal team was helpful and I was able to put my life back together with a decent paying job while my case was being fought in court and I am grateful for the help I received. I ended up only doing 6 months on house arrest on all three charges, and of course paying court fines. I highly recommend the services of attorney Rodriguez and his legal staff, they are a winning team.
