- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a frequent speaker and author on California Labor Law issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before I became a lawyer I was an entrepreneur who almost lost my business due to employee issue. I decided at that time I wanted to become a lawyer and help those that were in the same position.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently had a case where a huge firm was on the other side. We came up with some out of the box solutions to win our case. Afterwards the party on the other side asked if we could represent them in another case.
