FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our firm charges a fee only if we recover money for you. This is called a contingency fee. It is contingent if we win. IF NO RECOVERY THERE IS NO FEE!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attend and participate in hours of continuing education for the law. Read new case law as it is decided, always current with the Jury Sheets to see current trends Juries are awarding and frequently review proposed legislation that can affect my client's rights and liberties.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I hate bullies! Nothing gets me more incensed than someone getting picked on by someone bigger or more powerful. I always root for the underdog. The law allows me to fight on the same field as my opponent. The only difference is I will come prepared to WIN. I remember when I presented my first case, the opposing counsel said "we have 100 lawyers what do you have"? I replied: "will all 100 lawyers be in court at the same time"? I only need one- ME I won that case and felt so good that my client got what she deserved. I feel like David vs. Goliath and I enjoy what I do greatly,
