Introduction: It's a hard knock life.... Both members of illegalPARTY were troubled kids from LA that found music as an outlet to vent to the world about their hardships and what they've experienced in their lives. Berni McIntosh had his fair share of troubles with the police while MA3Stro rolled with the wrong group with even a gunshot wound to remind him for life. The duo's unique deep, tech house sounds have been captivating audiences everywhere and their names are becoming synonymous with LA's underground house music scene. By combining the best from both the digital and analog realms of music, this duo has always been able to bring emotional responses that are unique to their music and brand. It's no surprise Reverbnation ranks them as the #3 DJ talent in the Los Angeles area. It's also no surprise that these two are quickly grabbing up all of the coveted residencies in Los Angeles and expanding on to other cities at a lightning pace. Sharing the same stages as their heroes: Carl Cox, Catz and Dogz, Claude Von Stroke, James Zabiela, Jay Lumen, John Digweed, Justin Martin, Loco Dice, Maceo Plex, Hot Since 82, Magda, and many others. At the end of 2013, both members began to focus hard on their production efforts and spending more time in the studio. Their work has caught the interest of such labels as Toolroom Records, Off Records, and Pets Recordings. For 2014, they're aiming high and plan to work on finishing their first EP. Their difficult experiences in life have fueled their passion and the future looks much brighter for this duo who always brings their very best signature sounds and their incredible energy to take the club goers on an incredible journey through the soundscapes of house & techno.
