My name is Guy LaBrusciano. For the last 20 years, I have been a certified personal trainer and postural alignment specialist with a background in holistic nutrition. I developed B.A.S.I.C. Boot Camp out of a need I observed for a truly effective fat reducing group boot camp that will also help to realign the body and reduce the likelihood of injury.
You see the boot camp trend is a great idea that has been poorly executed. As a former Marine I have some reality on what Boot Camp actually is. Ah yes, I remember my time on Paris Island like it was yesterday. I was 19 when I went through boot camp, and I was in great shape already. My bet is that you are not 19 and that maybe you are not in the best shape of your life right now. So why would someone want to train you like you are?
