The service was great for our group. Needed transportation back and forth to SoFi stadium. Driver was prompt on the pickup and worked with us to get out of the traffic quickly on the return trip.

I drew the short straw. Gathered data and starting working months in advance to prepare (and prepare a driver) for my high maintenance, time challenged, multiple airport, group of 7 who will "need" well-stocked vehicles over 3 days, for multiple destinations with and without luggage (those days need a larger, but still luxury vehicle Lisa!).
Within minutes of submitting a shameless list of requirements and absurd itinerary, received an email from Alex.
A prompt, professional, transparent email with a greeting/salutation, links to view their impressive fleet, a price quote fair enough I could mark up with an Admin fee 😉, many payment options and suggested game plan to make "my job easier." WOW!
Sadly, our trip was cancelled, but was so impressed with Alex and his genuine interest in helping a group 7 East Coast strangers relax and maximize their LA weekend, asked if I could still leave a review.
Without ever meeting, Alex's info is inked in my travel journal "non-negotiables" with comment how sometimes the short straw makes you a winner!
