Introduction: I provide catering services and one-on-one culinary instruction and personal chef services. Catering services include meals, pastries, dessert tables, custom pies, cookies and cakes. Culinary and pastry instruction includes private and small group sessions which include instruction on up to three desserts. Personal chef services include dinners for small groups. Private Cooking Lessons: I do appetizers, main courses and desserts. Choose your theme, and allow me to help you build a menu to make sure you have fun learning to make two or three easy-to-replicate dishes. You will have fun learning new techniques and end the lesson with dishes that will impress your family and guests. Either for yourself, or a group, let's plan a cooking lesson customized just for you. Corporate Gift Boxes/Baskets: Homemade cookies, tea cakes, brownies and more will make your corporate gift one that your colleagues and clients won't soon forget.
