Introduction: I am a small-event caterer who has gotten most jobs through word of mouth or Craigslist. I am a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, who specializes in soul food, but also excels in other ethnic cuisines as well (Mexican and Mediterranean are my favorites!). I also bake and make ice cream.
