Although computer palace was relatively new on Thumbtack, I found nothing but great review on Yelp. One of the many great reviews was written by a friend of mine. Navid kept close communication with me, updating the progress. After numerous trial, it turned out my old hard drive was indeed corrupted. Not too happy about the findings, but glad it's taken care of. After I picked up the lab top, there seems to be some issue with windows and its license. They worked on it remotely couldn't resolve it. I dropped it off and they spent hours on the phone with Window to get that resolved. Al that to say, they are attentive and they are committed to finish their job. Oh, everyone I encountered has been very friendly and courteous.
