Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hire me for a flat rate not hourly. I will take as much time as I need to get you up and running again.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I know how to ask my customers and get them to tell me what is not working with their technology. They may not know what they want but they know that there is more and they can be better at using it. I teach people what they need not what they think they want. Unless they know exactly what they want then this paragraph does not apply.
