I contacted Richard on a Saturday morning after doing a Google Search. My new website, designed by a company in Santa Monica, was not at all what I wanted. The original designer had just left for a vacation, and I was stuck. I got through to Richard at Webfour, who immediately saw the problems that I wanted fixed. He gave me a very fair estimate, and within a day my site was exactly the way I wanted it to be. What's more, he added on several features the other company was unable to do. Since them, Richard has designed several landing pages and custom forms. The quality of their work is outstanding; the service is excellent, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend Richard and the team at Webfour!

Finding a Los Angeles web design company that is capable and affordable was a challenge I was dreading. Prior to connecting with Richard and Webfour, every web designer I spoke with seemed interested until I revealed my rather modest budget. Maybe web designers in LA are used to big projects and big budgets, but that did not describe my needs. Richard was completely different. He did not fade away after hearing my budget, and I think he became motivated by the challenge of creating the kind of website I wanted. He came up with suggestions on how I could help the process that really worked. For example, he showed me where and how to find images, thereby saving the labor. This kind of customer driven approach makes Webfour a valuable resource. They seem to understand that people have limited budgets at times. The best part of course is the website Richard produced is fantastic. Exactly what I wanted. This was a great experience. I highly recommend Richard and Webfour.

These guys are the real deal. I needed revisions and changes, and several new pages added to my WordPress website in a hurry. Richard at Webfour gave me a quote within an hour or so, and started the job the next day. With a minimum of hassles, they did exactly as I asked. My website looks better than ever. As a result of doing such a good job they are now working on the website for a brand new business I am starting.

I do not, but having developed many websites, I can give an accurate estimate after learning just a few details.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally a phone call or conversation on Skype is a great way to learn more about the project. The next step is a written summary of our discussion, the specifics of the job, and an estimate and time line for completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for small and large agencies as a full time and freelance web designer. I have a BS in journalism and an MBA. I was also a certified AdWords consultant until a few years ago.
