I offer counseling psychology and clinical hypnotherapy. I provide short-term, solution-oriented help with all of your life's challenges. I recognize that different people respond to different approaches, and an important part of my work is developing a program suited to each individual. I provide a safe and respectful environment to enable clients to explore issues that may have been troubling them and giving them the space to explore their options. Knowing they have a plan improves self-confidence and optimism about the future. I consider therapy very much a partnership in this respect, helping people to help themselves.
