Soul 2 Soul Healing

Introduction: I work with adults and teens who suffer from depression, anxiety, alcohol and substance abuse, eating disorders and self harm. I help them achieve balance and emotional healing through lifestyle change, proper nutrition, mindfulness and the implementation of the 12 Step Program. I am a board certified health counselor specialized in emotional healing and well-being. I currently work with adults and adolescents at a variety of rehab renters and provide outpatient care in the Los Angeles area.
