Immaculate would best describe Mr Esfandi's performance in the court room. From his posture, to the tone of his voice, to his expertise cross examination, Mr Esfandi took control of the courtroom from the beginning to the end with his knowledge of the law. I was facing 2 felony counts which included 2 strikes on my record. Each count was a sentence of 2-4 years in state prison. I was looking at 2 counts which could have sent me to jail for a maximum of 8 years. The DA was trying to offer me a lesser misdemeanor charge and Mr Esfandi advised me to deny their offer and he assured me of a better outcome. As Mr Esfandi not only brought out the lies from my accusers, he at the same time proved my innocence. MY CASE WAS DISMISSED! I told my girlfriend this is a blessing from God, and she said no it wasn't, you had a great lawyer! Thank you seppi for doing an outstanding job. You saved my life.

Seppi is an excellent lawyer. Getting arrested and thinking that your life is ruined for a single mistake is one of the most frightening feelings. I called him a Thursday night and he answered quickly. He gave me his information and we scheduled right away an appointment for the next day. I had consulted another firms before Seppi. They were straightforward like any other lawyer, but simple and not friendly at all. However, when I went to Seppi’s office I realized the difference. He makes you feel like you are in the right place. One of his best features is the patience to listen and his good heart. When it’s your first time in a legal situation, it can be very scary and confusing. Seppi is very professional and can assist you with his expertise at any moment. If you need anything, he makes sure you are well informed about your case. Seppi is a very kind person that wants nothing but the best outcome for you. I had never been in a situation as the one I was in a few months. I was in trouble and I needed to get an attorney. I didnt know where to start and what to do as I never been in any trouble with the law I was petrified to say the least. I called a few law firms but only a few answered let alone hear me out. When I called Seppi's office I got to speak with Jorge, hes the paralegal. He not only took the time to hear me out and hear what I was going through, but he made me feel at ease. He scheduled me to meet with Seppi and him on the weekend, even though they're off on weekends. They heard my case and made me feel at ease as they were really nice and patient. They would both keep me up to date with any news or updates about my case. They were both there anytime I needed them or I did not understand something. I was facing two felony charges Seppi was able to bring it down to a 1 misdemeanor, the other charge was dropped, i did not have to do any jail time and I did not have register. I'm very pleased with Seppi's help and also Jorge who was there from the day I called. I would highly recommend Seppi if you are in need of any legal help.

NOT only a TOP NOTCH service... but MOST importantly, Jorge Guerrero and Seppi Esfandi are TOP NOTCH PEOPLE. I was in a truly terrible situation and had called SEVERAL law firms who offered me no hope and also were MORE interested in money than my personal situation. When I called the Law Office of Seppi Esfandi.... I spoke with Jorge... and IMMEDIATELY knew I was with the right people. Jorge was very compassionate and reassuring that Seppi would do the best job possible. Not only did he do the best job but he has gone and continues to go ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty for me. He was able to negotiate my deal down from a felony to a misdemeanor... he could have had my case ultimately dismissed but because of my familial duty as a father... I took the deal and he understood why and was supportive and compassionate. Throughout the 8 month process, he was extremely accessible to me.. very thorough and HONEST. He would not sugarcoat and give me a false sense of security, he was upfront.... made me feel at ease because this is my life that was in the balance NOT only for myself but for my children. In addition, he literally SAVED my employment as this deal that I took put me at risk of losing said employment... he was always checking in on the current status of the situation.. when I advised that it was not looking good and my employers were leaning towards relieving me of my duty.. he IMMEDIATELY stepped into action and wrote a stellar and glowing letter on my behalf to submit to them. I really appreciate Seppi for getting my case dismissed. I was looking at two felony charges a few months ago, but with the help of his team my charges were dropped and i remain a free man. He's a great lawyer, and I recommend him and his professionalism as an attorney.
