Movin On Up Productions is a dance production company providing entertainment to fit the needs of your special event. We specialize in hip hop and street styles (breakdancing, popping, locking, etc.), but our professional dancers are well-rounded and trained in many other styles (jazz, tap, ballroom, musical theatre, pole, aerial, acrobatics, etc). Our goal is to make your event memorable, enjoyable, and unique.

To start things off Sarah was so great at responding to emails and getting our event taken care of. She booked two dancers and one got hurt just before the performance date but it was not an issue and she found a terrific replacement. The dancers arrived on time and were ready to start at the exact time planned. They were very professional and just good nice people. The performance was terrific and they were able to get everyone dancing. Great with the kids! I would recommend them for sure!

I hired dancers from Hit the floor productions as a surprise for my daughters sweet 16 Birthday. They were increadable. All the kids from her high school had the time of their lives watching them, as did our family. They even stood after their performance for a bit and danced with some of the kids.
They were so kind polite, professional and on time.
We had such a great time, that I couldn't wait to hire them back again. So I did! Two months later for my husbands 50th Birthday.
My husband grew up listening to the music of Michael Jackson, and his favorite video was Thriller.
I hired Hit the Floor productions to come and do the Thriller dance. They took my party to another level! They came crawling out of two separate doors dressed like Zombies, and were so amazing that they left my guests on their feet screaming for more! Again, they stayed for pictures afterward and were so polite, and kind to every guest.
I would recommend them to anyone. Sarah M. who I booked them with, was so wonderful, and she will work with you and your budget to make your event one to remember as mine was.

I worked with Sarah and her team on a flash mob/LED dance show for a corporate event. She provided us with outstanding dancers, and I really do mean outstanding and an awesome routine that the client loved! Everyone enjoyed the show. Sarah and her team are excellent at what they do. I can't wait for the opportunity to use them again.

I hired Hit the Floor Productions for a mother son dance at my sons school in 2011. From the very first phone conversation with Sarah I was impressed. Sarah"Smalls" was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I had explained to her that I was in need of some dancers to help make our event more lively. Needless to say trying to get young boys to dance can be challenging let alone with their mothers.LOL We had three dancers for our event and all three were very talented. They performed for our group and they also interacted withe kids and the moms. Our event was a huge success thanks to the dancers at Hit the floor productions. I will use them again in the future and I strongly recommend them.
