After training very intensely I developed an overuse injury which I found Rolfing to be very effective in working with.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Rolfing Structural Integration, which is typically done over the course of ten sessions. I also do myofasical tissue release.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find a Rolfer who is can work to meet you at your level of comfort. Communication of your personal goals to your Rolfer is important.
