I am an advanced certified family law mediator. Based on formal training and experience (with high-profile law firms), I am qualified to resolve and effect all issues relative to:
* Community or Separate Property Allocation and Distribution (including credits)

* Child Support - child support guidelines (support calculator)
* Spousal Support - temporary and/or permanent including "step-down" orders
* Pension Plan Allocation and Distribution - qualified domestic relations orders (QDRO)

A. I have six years family law experience and accordingly, I am very familiar with the legal system.
I am able to communicate sincerely with others and most importantly, hear and understand the underlying manifestations which drive the party's communications.

A. I enjoy peacefully resolving major issues and doing so without dissapating all of the familie's savings.
