- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Non-profit organizations and recurring customers get a discount. 10%-25%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we setup a consultant over the phone. I work closely with the client to ensure their music genre is correct, answer any questions and gathered all the information about the event. On the day of event, I arrive one to two hour early for setup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm self-taught. I've been DJ for over 11 years. I currently hold two nightclub residencies.
