- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up living with my grandfather who trained his own hunting dogs. He really assisted my passion for pups by watching dog shows with me, buying me AKC books and training books, and by letting me interact with dogs. When I attended Illinois State University for three years, I studied psychology and behavior modification. I have always loved dogs, and while gaining knowledge I realized what I wanted to be doing.
