A. We do cleaning services such as air ducts, dryer ducts, grease exhausts, chimneys, industrial exhausts, trash chutes and more.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that the company you use for duct cleaning uses some type of agitation device to guarantee the ducts are cleaned best.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Be careful of how a service is done. Make sure there is no hidden costs. Ask if there will be any changes in the cost after they get there. Make sure an agitation device is used.

A. How do you perform your service?
How long should it take? (A decent air duct cleaning should take some time.)
How long have your technicians been doing this type of work?
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Quality is very important to our company. We have a service manager who will show up to do surprise inspections. If a customer is unhappy for any reason the service manager will go to the job site and inspect the work and fix any problems himself to make sure all things are handled. Our service manager has over 10 years experience in this industry.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How often should a dryer duct be cleaned? It should be done on an annual basis. If not cleaned regular it can become a fire hazard.
How often should air ducts be cleaned? Every 3 to 5 years depending upon is anyone in the family has allergies. If a person has allergies it's reccommended to be done more often.
