FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a few references, and then contact that portfolio. Look at samples of the work done, and use that as a basis for comparison, also. Inquire as to what the background of the writer or editor is, in areas other than writing and editing.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am "old-school," which benefits my customers in terms of my integrity, as well as personal expertise. I have an exceptional knowledge of Psychology, at the post-graduate level, and of political economics. Proper and persuasive, English language usage is a difficult, highly technical skill. Rather than simply being rote-memory based, it is an area which takes an incredible amount of prior reading, study, intuition and PRACTICE. This is why recently-graduated English/Journalism majors are usually the poorest copy writers and editors; in addition, today's educational and editing standards are lacking, as a rule.
